Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your sandals are on the move!
Where We Ship
Main Service Area: United States & Canada.
International Friends: We ship to select countries! Shipping costs and delivery times vary. Note:Customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility (we’ll declare package value accurately to help!) .
Delivery Timelines
US Orders: 3–10 business days (after processing).
Canada: 7–14 business days.
International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination).Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are rare but possible—we’ll keep you updated!

Track Your Order: Use the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout! We can’t reroute packages sent to wrong addresses. If you spot an error, email us ASAP at northbutterfly01@outlook.com
Lost or Damaged Packages?
Lost in Transit: Contact us after 7 days past the estimated delivery date—we’ll investigate!
Damaged Items: Take photos of the package/product and email us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund!
